The Service
Stealth Quotes displays stock and cryptocurrency market data in a spreadsheet-style interface. Market data is provided by Twelve Data and CoinGecko.
Not financial advice
All information is provided for general informational purposes only and is not investment, financial, or trading advice. Quotes may be delayed or inaccurate. You use the information at your own risk and are solely responsible for your decisions.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for using the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and with the policies of your employer or any place where you access it. You agree not to scrape, resell, or redistribute the data, or attempt to disrupt or misuse the Service.
Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, and you are responsible for keeping your login secure.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe at the prices shown on our pricing page. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
5-day money-back guarantee.If you’re not happy, email support@1stsnow.com within 5 days of a charge and we’ll refund it in full, no questions asked. This guarantee is limited to one refund per customer, and we may decline requests we reasonably believe to be abusive. After 5 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Market data depends on third-party providers.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, First Snow LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its data.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which First Snow LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
